Demolition of an existing hotel building and the construction of a four star hotel consisting of 570 rooms, two outdoor pools, one indoor pool which will be part of a Spa, 3 restaurants, another main restaurant and pizzeria, three coffee shops, one beach bar, tennis court, racing track and 9 shops that will be part of the ground floor of the hotel.

The total area of this project is about 1.2km X 1km, not more than 70% will be developed and the rest will be landscaping.

The hotel will be built on five floors with the possibility of increasing another two floors and another two floors below street level to serve as stores and car park.

100 bungalows/Maisonettes on two floors will be built 150 meters from its own private beach. These will be self-catering and also will be sold on time share. There is the idea of 10 floating houses as well.

Next to this property there is the possibility of a 700m X 850m that will be developed in an amusement park

This is the vision of the directors that already operate other hotels in Tunisia.

The existing hotel will stop operating November 2020, demolition will start on January 2021 and the project has to be ready in three years.
